Mitra 3.0 – set for launch
Founders – Balaji Viswanathan, Mahalakshmi Radhakruhnun and Bharath Kumar Dandu – will be at the Las Vegas Convention centre to unveil the latest version Mitra robot. Smarter, more aestically pleasing and equipped with better dexterity, Mitra 3.0, as we call it, will be one of the top representations of tech development in India.
Mitra 3.0 will be more emotive, all thanks to the integration of the eyes into the robot. Now it can imitate eye movements and make conversations more inter-personal and engaging for the users.
On top of the user interface upgrade, Mitra 3.0 will also now have the capability to mimic human gestures using hands therefore making human-machine interaction more realistic. Welcoming guests with a “namaste,” beckoning people and showing smooth hand movements will now be easy peasy tasks for the humanoid.
These two additions to the already existing features of seamless autonomous movement, face recognition, speech synthesis in regional Asian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Sinhalese makes Mitra 3.0 the most advanced commercially available humanoid robot in India.
