  • Human In the loop

    Uses a hybrid Human In the Loop (HTIL) system enables human workers to remotely assist the unit if it is stuck and also monitor the units for safety. This enables a high degree of germ reduction without putting humans at risk.

Use Cases

Hospitals

Hospitals and clinics can use the conversational robots — Mitra — to improve their screening process in the front desk and reduce the risk of exposure of their healthcare workers. New patients will be asked their phone numbers and they will be validated through OTP for contact tracing.

Corporate offices

Mitra robot, standing at the reception of office premises, checks the body fever status, has a dialogue on the symptomatology of the employee and connects with a doctor over video call if required. Added benefit is the constant data collection wrt COVID screening of the visitors/employees to help the health administration get aggregate data across the system
